- Fill out the entry form, which includes your full name, address, ZIP code, telephone number, email address.
2 – Mail in Entry:
- Get a postcard or a card that’s at least 3 ½ x 5 inches but no bigger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches.
- Write your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth clearly on the card.
- Put proper postage on the card.
